Curiosities
• Label Artwork: Designed by Jonas Mosesson, considered one of his most important works.
• The Origin of Paski: Created in 2005 for the trattoria La Catagna in Bacoli, a place deeply connected to Cantina Giardino.
• The Early Years: Initially produced in demijohns to keep costs low, as at the time, macerated wines without sulfites were not well understood by the Italian market.
• The Relationship with La Catagna: To this day, the bond with the trattoria remains strong, and many key figures in Cantina Giardino’s history were introduced there.
• Stability: The wine becomes more stable with extended bottle aging.
• Sulfites: No added sulfites, only those naturally occurring from spontaneous fermentation.
