ZeroZero is an event dedicated to wines made with a single ingredient: grapes.
No sulfites, no additives, no processing aids.
Just grapes — fermented, told, shared.
ZeroZero was born from an idea by Daniela De Gruttola, Antonio di Gruttola, and Massimo Lanini, with the intention of creating a movement that clearly distinguishes those who, every year, take the real risks:
in their own vineyards, with no systemic treatments,
and in the cellar, without safety nets.
It’s a gathering of winemakers who choose coherence and transparency, who believe that purity is not a trend, but an agricultural, ethical, and cultural vision.
ZeroZero is also about listening, sharing, and being close.
It’s a different way of thinking about wine — and being together.

🍶 KANPAI! (Japanese for “cheers!”) is a documentary filmed across nine cities in Japan, directed by Lorenzo Fodarella and produced by Cantina Giardino in collaboration with Capetoste.
It tells the story of a journey—but also of an encounter between worlds: that of two Italian natural winemakers, Antonio di Gruttola and Daniela De Gruttola, and the farmers, cooks, artisans, and brewers of Japan who, like them, have chosen to live in tune with the rhythms of nature.
🌾 The film follows Antonio and Daniela—founders of Cantina Giardino, one of the most radical natural wine producers in Southern Italy (Irpinia)—as they travel across Japan with their friend and importer Hisato Ota, exploring sustainable agriculture, spontaneous fermentation, ethical supply chains, and ancestral knowledge.
One of the most meaningful stops in the journey is the visit to the natural farm founded by the heirs of Masanobu Fukuoka, the legendary philosopher and farmer who developed the concept of “Do-Nothing Farming” and inspired generations of growers, ecologists, and thinkers around the world.
