Almost two hours with us, underground.

We walk you through the cellars of Cantina Giardino, dug into the sandstone in the 1700s, with one section dating back to the 1500s. Daniela guides you through our natural wines, some of them straight from the barrels and the glass Wine Globes, and tells you the story of a winery that has been making wine with grapes and nothing else for more than 20 years, from vineyards in Montemarano and Paternopoli planted in the 1930s.

At the table
The wines are never alone:

• bread and focaccia from Cantina Giardino, warm from the oven;
• our own taralli, made with our wine, our olive oil, wild fennel and stone-ground flours;
• our olive oils to taste: Ravece and a blend;
• selected cheeses and cured meats;
• dishes cooked by Daniela with what the season brings, like peppers with tomato.
